We are excited that you would like to dedicate your child/children to the Lord before the local assembly of Shelby Bible Church! Please complete the form below so that we can celebrate this special day with you.

As you plan to dedicate your child, note that baby dedication Sunday occurs 3 times a year on the follow Sundays at the 11AM service. Right to Life Sunday (January); Mother’s Day (May); Grandparent’s Day (September)
